I Don't Care About This Year At All

36.1983

Mario Bros. is pretty cool, but I actually played it on the Super Mario Bros. 2 GBA port first. Being a dick while playing multiplayer with my bro was fun.

That Star Wars game looks TOO retro for me to enjoy

35.1986

Balloon Fight is kinda of a cool game.. I played it one one of those NES classics on the GBA but not that much

Bubble Bobble honestly didn't seem that interesting but I much prefer Puzzle Bobble/Bust-A-Move

For some reason I never knew what was notable on the Sega Master Mystem even though I know the name

34.1978

Space INvaders was kinda fun to play in arcades sometimes.

I always wondered how you can play Football on an Atari guess I'm too used to how football games work in modern years

33.1979

Adventure is apparently one of the first... adventure games ever but I never even had the motivation to play it.

Asteroids was a nice distraction sometimes, I liked playing it on PC a bit.

For some reason I never played Galaxian as much as Galaga and I don't know much of the differences.

32.1993

I played Doom at a friends house was. It was kinda interesting but definitley not enough to get me into the FPS genre

I tried Kirby's Adventure once but couldn't get into it. then again I was spoiled by Super Star

Lots of people like Link's Awakening but I can't get into it, then again I dont like a whole bunch of 2D zeldas

I played Star Fox SNES before the 64 version and well it isn't nearly as memorable. Never beat it.

I legit kinda like 1 or 2 games from this year at least

31.1981

I didn't play Ms.Pac-Man as much as the original Pac-man but they're gameplay is close enough and enjoy the 2 games as fun distractions

I actually played Donkey Kong arcade first in that one part in Donkey Kong 64 where you have to beat all 4 levels to get a certain token. That was fun but frustrating too

Galaga was cool to play in arcades

30.1988

Super Mario Bros. 2 I honestly think is pretty underrated. Sure it doesn't play a lot like SMB1, 3 or World but it's pretty enjoyable and unique.

Zelda II I always played up to the first dungeon then got bored or died.

Playing the original Metal Gear after playing MGS1-3.. probably not the best idea. Couldn't get into it.

Phantasy Star seemed interesting as Sega's main JRPG but never got into it

29.1987

I think I beat like half the dungeons in Zelda 1 but ultimately gave up. Playing it after all the newer ones aint a good idea

Let's put it this way, I beat Mega Man Powered Up over beating Mega Man 1

Mike Tyson's Punch-Out is a cool game but I didn't put enough effort to beat it. That game can be frustrating.

Zero Mission is a way better version of the original Metroid

28.2015

The most memorable game to me from this year was literally DanganRonpa Ultra Despair Girls. While not bad, it ultimately doesn't hold a candle to the original 2 games. Character development was nice at least.

Never played Witcher 3 but lots of people love the game from what I see and hear so I may check it out eventually

I'll be honest, Metal gear Solid 5 going open world gameplay over story has made me not want to play it.

I don't really hate Undertale or its fans but I played like 30 minutes of it but couldn't get into it. It does likely get better later on but I didnt care enough to keep going.
