"Sick days" have all but been eliminated, and you're only supposed to call in if you're on your death bed. So everyone comes in while they're sick, sneezing and coughing all over the place, and it infects the entire office. I'm going through it now and it really sucks. I'm sick because my boss was sick and now everyone else around me is sick. Pretty sure you're contagious throughout too. What if I get it twice a year? that's like 2 weeks vacation to either absorb in my vacation days or take on top of them. Both are unacceptable.
