1) I'll be going alone as nobody I know gives a crap about this enough to shell out ~250. Is that a bad idea? I kinda want to network with indies but going alone just seems so lame/disappointing

2) I know the lines are long for demos but I would be more concerned about getting freebies, are there a lot?

3) How is the food offered around the area

yea I'll probably just wait until next year as all the good hotels are fully booked. Plus this would probably be an awful spontaneous buy >.<
