Does a thesis count? I wouldn't call it an essay but I did it and it's pretty long. But there are also tons of figures.

Don't have a word count, but I once wrote something like 40-45 pages for a single essay about Ancient Greek culture. No pictures, all words.

I think it was 3,000 words. Hard to remember now. I remember counting it up one semester, I think I wrote 12,500 words in essays, plus four pages of notes daily, and like 3 presentations. It was intense. I think I might have had a nervous breakdown and not realized.
