It's still really good, but they're starting to reuse some of the same plots and the continuity is getting worse because they have so many writers involved. Muffinz0rz posted... I don't watch Modern Family enough to know what its timeline is like, but I've seen shows where they're in high school for like six seasons. In some shows that is okay since the actors were usually adults to begin with anyways, but it was weird in a show like Malcolm in the Middle where there's also a younger main character, so I imagine Modern Family might have the same problem <cite>DorkLink posted [p:878877301] in ...Modern ... TheCyborgNinja 05/11/17 2:08:00 AM #10:	5 seasons seems to be the sweet spot for most shows. A few manage to stay around longer and have success. In terms of staying at their absolute best, The Simpsons made it to season 8 and South Park to season 13, with a few more decent years each after those points but with noticeable drops before falling off significantly.
