Prospect of home ownership and raising a family with my fiancee (wife by that point). To have gaming den and a garden where I grow my own fruits and vegetables. Depending on where we live maybe even a chicken coop. A combined income to where we are financially secure and have money to pursue other interests. Then of course, after I change the name they go back and change their minds. And considering you're 31, how does it feel being closer to 30 than 40? Do you feel any wiser? I will be 26 in July. That's closer to 30 than it is to 20, and closer to 50 than it is to 0. They signed on for a 3 year contract which was bad, but opted for another year after rather than get broadband which was the norm by then. Didn't have broadband until my senior year of HS.
