not the worst as "poorly written", but the worse as the most "morally wrong".

Bryce by far. At least the rest of them seemed to feel some remorse or understood what they did wrong after learning their role in everything.

Mr. Porter is an interesting choice. I wouldn't say he's morally wrong, he just seemed to be overwhelmed by what Hannah was telling him. They also mention that he isn't really a trained counselor, so if anything I'd place the blame on the principal for hiring him.

Well, come to think of it, I kinda agree with you. I am not saying people were right to act the way they did toward her, but I thought that a few of them did not really deserved to be on the tapes(the asian guy for example). He wasn't right, but what he did wasn't THAT bad. Not to mention the psychological torture she did to Clay. Yes she says "Your name doesn't deserve to be on that list". But he felt way more guilty about everything than the other ones.
