Males naturally have wider shoulders and different facial features. Depending on the person, it may be difficult to pass them off. Unfortunately, most transwomen aren't as fortunate in that regard as, say, certain porn actresses. Transmen can simply pass as small/short, and may also be able to utilize facial hair to conceal a feminine facial structure.
