All you have to do is tilt your head to the side so your ear canal's opening is pointing upwards, put 8-10 drops in, let it sit for like 30, then wash it out with the water suction bulb in 90 degree increments

Don't be concerned, just get a doctor to professionally clean them out if you can't get it to drain. It's just blocked, there should be no damage or anything.
