I think it has a lot to do with people's politics. The same factors of social isolation and lack of healthy, normal-human outlets, along with the confirmation bias of digital media channels creates the same lack of empathy on both sides of the fence, so you get white supremacists who understand nothing about minority issues and also your stereotypical tumblrina who thinks all cis white males are scum.

I'm not so sure it's so clean cut, anymore. I find myself feeling increasingly disenfranchised with the left these days. Seems like many are embracing political totalitarianism and abandoning discourse. Since we're talking reddit, you only need to scroll through /r/politics to see daily comments saying things like "at least the AHCA will kill a lot of republicans", and similar. I'd think it was an ironic comment if not for all the upvotes.

I know for a fact that Stormfront has/had a problem with GameFAQs because some from LUE would invade their boards and post interracial porn among other things for awhile. That was awhile ago, but the reaction to it was some of them invading this site.

Can't speak for other message boards though, but I wouldn't be surprised if it went further than just this website. Hell, I'm pretty sure there is a concerted effort to do so across internet message boards by groups like that.

im not a white nationalist in the American sense.
the US always had minorities from the beginning, including American Natives, and African Americans.
I dont see the US as a white only nation (the WNs do).
My immigration views on the US are more similar to Paleocons then white nationalists.

To give you an idea:
Paleocons want to reduce normal immigration, and get rid of illegals.
White nationalists literally want to deport people who are non-white, to the point where demographics are 1965 level.

I support ethnonationalism of any race. (I just prefer it more compared to diverse/multicultural).
Yes im white, im Eastern European so no Nazi stuff from me.

For the last five years, the loser community went down the SJW route, since this allowed them to vent hateful comments behind the guise of progressivism. Eventually, that group became large, annoying, and mainstream enough that there was a backlash to that, so some losers adopted the alt-right as their group. In both cases, the primary objectives were attention and the ability to shit one someone else to help feel better about their own failed lives.
