whitelytning 05/04/17 7:22:46 PM #9:	I have a profile and connect with people I meet through work every once in a while but don't really use it the way some people suggest you do. I have contacted and been contacted by a few recruiters through it too. If you are job hunting you should probably spend some time making a decent profile. Its also a good way to contact HR people that you might struggle to get in touch with. I also look for people that I interview on there. I don't really look at what their profile says, just want to know that I am able to find.
