Xbox/Playstation has the best fans! etc) - A huge focus on Destiny 2 and CoD WWII, both of which mainstream journalists will lose their shit over because they've already forgotten how disappointed with Destiny 1 they were and how burned out they were on WWII games like 10 years ago - A few surprise announcements for "nostalgic" games from the PS1 or PS2 that we haven't heard from in a while (think Battlefront), but the games will ultimately never look anything like the old games we used to play and will be loaded to the gills with DLC, microtransactions, etc - Ubisoft will have a cringe-worthy presentation of their latest open world action game with RPG elements that looks suspiciously like Far Cry. Mainstream journalists will eat this up - Microsoft will announce another Forza game. They'll show you how good Forza and Gears 4 will look on their 4k Xbox ($499). They will tease a new Halo game with some 10 second trailer that just shows the Master Chief's butt cheeks with the tagline "Sniff the Truth - Fall 2018." You'll see an actual trailer for Sea of Thieves, a Twitch-bait game MS is using to try and capture their Minecraft kid fanbase. MS will keep thanking their fans for being so loyal, and maybe show a ten second trailer of another vaporware game like Cuphead - Sony will show trailers for The Last of Us 2, which will make everyone's dick explode. Lots of Destiny crap. They'll advertise exclusive DLC for a bunch of their games like that is a good selling point you should be excited about. You'll see more about the new God of War game and it will look nothing like fans want. - Rockstar will release one of those RDR trailers again where that old guy with the boring voice narrates how this game will somehow be different than other RS games. Expect lots of online bullshit for the kiddies that want to buy Shark Cards - Every Japanese and small European developer will be announcing their own Dark Souls clone game - Nintendo will continue their legacy of being old and out of touch with the modern world by announcing the latest Add-on to Switch, The Nintendo Switch U Play Wii-th Us Shockpak. This is a car battery, and you clamp the jumper cables to your nipples while you play Splatoon to get physical feedback. This gimmick is the latest brainchild of Miyamoto, who thought of this idea sitting in his garden and trying to remember if he took his Alzheimer's medication.
