This shit infuriates me to no end, that statue is over a hundred years old and these vandals have no respect for history. I don't care what your political ideology is but this is wrong regardless I get it the statue is racist but it's a piece of history that should be preserved so that people can LEARN from it, not getting rid of it because it doesn't agree with your political agenda

Even if you hate what that man did that in his life that doesn't give you the right to vandalize and ruin a priceless piece of history like this, the moment we go around taking down the monuments of everyone who wasn't 100 percent squeaky clean in their life is the day we have no more monuments left standing
