It disperses nanobots into the water supply, which disperse themselves into the air, so when you take a shower or fill up a glass they enter your home and monitor the levels, consumption rates and age of foods in your home and computes the optimal purchasing schedule, then orders food to be delivered to your front door using the numbers off of your credit card, which the nanobots scanned.

The nanobots would also be equipped with brainscan (c) technology that makes sure that you actually want the items to be shipped. They scan your brain to collect data on existing preferences, products brands or flavors that you have or haven't tried, predilection for trying new things, and tendency to resort to the familiar in times of stress and compares all this data against a giant database which it uses to determine, with perfect accuracy, which products, brands or flavors you would like best and order those for you at exactly the time you want them.

Furthermore, the nanobots would be so small that you would inhale them and they would then run diagnostics to determine what foods you need to eat more or less and what medicines you may need.
