I mean I know you don't live in America, but republicans don't go about their day thinking about how to get gays or minorities or whatever other bullshit you've convinced yerself of.

No, I summed up pretty well what you are doing because this is largely a non issue.

You don't just get to say it's a non-issue when clearly it's a point of contention.

Further evidenced by the fact that the only post that actually replied to his topic post was ignored.

I genuinely missed your post because Caution went full ham on this topic.

Ok, let's reply then:
It's okay to acknowledge that both of those things are bad.

How is it bad though? And if orphanages are full of children without homes and the world is full of gay people who want them, how is that a bad solution?

I've never understood that kind of reasoning.

Republicans are also anti-abortion, while also being anti public healthcare and education. So they'll force a poverty-stricken woman to have a child, and then fail to support said child.

People obviously do care, otherwise the republicans wouldn't still be bitching about overturning the gay marriage ruling.

Their official platform states they want to overturn the ruling on gay marriage and they have a pretty hardline stance on the whole bathroom/gender debate, so I doubt you can really say that honestly.

I've never cared about gay marriage. It's always the gays that PERCEIVE that their way of life bothers others. I'm not a religious nut-job, so I could care less. Free country. Do what you want, folks. I don't care who you're sleeping with. I know...it's a shocker.

I've been for gay marriage for years. It is silly how two other humans can come together, receive benefits, and live together just because they're the same sex. Anyone should be able to do that as long as they're consenting adults.

I'm already more progressive than Obama because I had this opinion in highschool PRIOR to 2004. So why isn't this board all over my nuts like they are with Obama?

The way your mind leaps from one position to the next without any logical progression in between genuinely makes my head hurt.

Yea, that is great Caution. You've got a good outlook on it. That doesn't change what the republican platform's stance on it is though.

Regardless of Obama's personal views, the democratic platform has always been more supportive of the LGBT. I don't get how you can even try to deny this. It is very well documented.

Pack in all Civil Rights movements, Caution999 posted a message on a board that is the asshole of a dying website. Nobody has issues with gay people anymore because of this momentous occasion.
