But it seems like this neighbor in particular is the only one who keeps calling in the complaint, so I am still leaning towards 1 or 2. Let's also consider the fact that it's an old white man, who lives in texas. I know my saying that makes me prejudice, but I don't think the neighbor is innocent in this case. He is likely an asshole or a racist asshole. I'm offering up a possible scenario. We don't know how loud that guy's music was. Did the cops bring a decibel reader? We don't know. Did the neighbor ask the guy several times to turn the music down and the guy wouldn't do it? We don't know. It COULD be that the neighbor was calling the cops as a last resort and hoping that the guy would get tired of dealing with the cops and just knock it off. If the cops are showing up multiple times just to discover that nothing is occurring each one of those times then what evidence do you think there could possibly be to make the black neighbor out to be the bad guy in this story?
