A watch is both not practical and not a waifu, so I'm not sure why I would spend any money on it at all.

I have an $800 watch that I never wear and didn't pay for (it's really cool but I don't like wearing "accessories"). I wouldn't pay more than $20 for one.

I don't see any point in owning a watch, personally. I had a watch when I was a preteen in like 2002 to 2004, but that was before I owned a cell phone which completely replaces the need for a watch.

Only if I was a medium to high level executive in a company. And even then I'd probably only wear it on days where I have meetings or other things. Otherwise I am fine always wearing my 40ish dollar watch.

I feel naked if I ever leave the house without a watch though. It is very unsettling to me.

Nope. It isn't worth the price for something I'd use on occasion. I don't like things on my wrist to begin with and have no real use for a watch other than to complete a look I'm going for.

This basically.I am using the same watch for ten years now and I don't see a point to upgrade to a higher class model.

Oh,and TC,you are not talking about some smartwatch or some sort of tracking watch?Right? And analog wrist watch I guess.

I just bought me a $7.95 watch from Wal Mart today. I'm uptown.

I just broke my fit bit but looking to buy a smart watch but have to have something in my wrist in the meantime. But I doubt I'll spend that much. I like having a watch on my wrist so when I wake up at night to see what time it is I don't have to fumble around for my phone and wake my husband. Checking time on a watch is easier, especially when you are holding a baby.

Yeah. Smart watches are useful sure but I just like the look and feel of a normal watch.

This is the one I have worn daily for the past 2 years:

But right now I wouldn't consider it because i need to save money, but even as a gift i scratch my watches like all the time so while free i couldnt afford a replacement or maybe even repair if not covered.

hate watches and accessories. they don't feel comfortable against the body and gets in the way. snagging against the sleeves. gotta be careful when washing your hands.

there are so many ways to tell time now. cell phone and computers are everywhere. or just observe the sky when you don't need the exact time.
