I have heart problems and I know of someone that just beat cancer. There's the people who end up hooked on hard stuff because they start with weed but then their dealer gives them a freebie of something harder. Because they'll do just as much time selling one drug as another the dealer doesn't care. They just want really consistent business even if they kill them. And people get hooked to the new stuff. The biggest way to combat drug abuse and ODs is legalization and improved medical care for all... But this is america and big pharma doesn't want that, insurance doesn't want that, police don't want that, for-profit prisons don't want that, the rich don't want that.
