You'll have to conform. It's really a good thing. Start getting in shape and dressing the part. Once you lean out and look better, you'll get some pussy, go to parties and have a completely different outlook on life. You just gotta get over the fear of confrontation and rejection and force yourself into it.

Get lean, get in shape, learn to dress well, it'll be like your life got 100 times better. Then, you make it through college with a decent degree and you'll be able to get a wife and family.
