that's not even how the game works |:

the real strategy is that rides start to bring in less and less customers over time and you need to continually lower the price (supposedly because they're getting bored of it or whatever) but once that starts happening you can just delete it and replace it with exactly the same thing in the same place and it will refresh

just put a no entry sign at the entrance so people leave, then when your rating starts going down delete it until it goes up again then keep doing that, enjoy continuously raising attendance while keeping part rating the same
