Hell, I was best friends with one. I've seen what he ate every day at school lunch(he ate twice as much as me), I've been to his house and seen him eat. I know what physical activities he was into(just marching band, which I also did).

Maybe he only eats a couple large meals a day and nothing else. Maybe he eats more in social settings. Maybe you snack a hell of a lot more than he does. Maybe he makes better overall food choices. Maybe he fidgets gets up and moves around a lot more throughout the day. There are dozens of factors that could be at play here, the least likely of which is "I'm 100lbs heavier than him but somehow his BMR 1000 calories more per day than mine".

Yeah. He's just assuming because the dude eats a big lunch and has snacks at his house that he's eating nonstop. While some people do have extremely fast metabolisms the more likely story is he may have a faster than average metabolism and only eat one big meal a day plus some snacks which would cause him to not gain weight. Or he exercises and tc doesn't know.

I've talked about this sort of thing with him before, I've outright told him I was jealous. According to him he eats like that all the time and only exercised during marching band.

This really is a story as old as time though. You hear it every time and every time if you dig a little deeper you find out they're grossly over-representing their intake or are the kind of person who gets busy and forgets to eat meals pretty regularly. It's the skinny equivalent of the fat person who claims to eat 500 calories a day, but still keeps gaining weight, but "nibbles" throughout the day on 3000 calories worth of snacks.

I'd post a shirtless pic for an eventual before and after shot but I know you guys are a bunch of vultures. I'm not getting ICOYAR'd.

Just take the picture now (even if it's just for yourself to compare), but don't post it. Then when you feel like bragging you can post it after you lose a bunch of weight

You're assuming he's actually going to

No I don't think he will, but I mean if he loses the weight he can have it

Just wondering, TC, but how much did you weight at graduation? How many years ago was that? I graduated about almost 9 years ago. And to this day, I still look good. Though there have been times where my weight went outta control and was eating at night. The highest I've been was 225, than I got a wake up call and slimmed back down to 177. To this day, I'm always working out every day, watching what I eat, and keeping track of my weight.

Christmas and Thanksgiving are the hardest times for me in terms of keeping my weight in check though.

He is the same height as me and weighs 100 lbs more, and I am overweight.

Uh. If you're 5'10 and 140 pounds you're definitely not overweight. You're close to underweight.

How can you be 5'10" 140 and be "overweight"? I'm 5'10" or 5'11" and weigh 160 and nobody would describe me as overweight

my height/weight exactly
