I mean it's still pretty awful, and lots of racism and gore, but I can't remember the last time I saw pedo shit on there. It used to be the case that you just accepted that pedo shit would happen on that board on a daily basis.

Also there's a lot more moral discussion. It used to be the case that /b/ just went anti-morality on every issue as a kind of counter-culture. Now people fight about it. Particular with things like transgender people and shit.
