Have they confirmed it isn't? IIRC they announced the Wii and Wii U COD ports a few months later so it could still happen. I think this was a Treyarch thing though.

The gap isn't as drastic as it was for the Wii and that got a few COD ports. They looked like ass and were chopped up by loading screens but they still happened! I could see the portable angle being a decent incentive.

Vita got a COD game.

It was a lazy cash-in but it did get one. If Activision could port the COD games to Vita they probably would have.
