CAST IT! involves the idea that a live action movie is being produced based on a comic/show/game/etc. Casting actors to play the major characters in the film.

Rules:

Each of the specified characters will be cast. Whatever actor gets the most votes for each will be the winner. Ties will be determined by tiebreaker poll. Topics will end when there is a decent amount of votes (ideally 48 hours). Characters aside from the ones listed may also be cast if there are multiple votes for them, but the ones listed must be.

You may vote for as many actors/actresses as you like, and are in fact encouraged to do so if it helps find the best fit for the role.

Maybe I could sneak in and watch Final Fantasy: Spirits Within. I don't care what anybody says, that's one of the best sci-fi films ever made.

alright, so here's a little dilemma

I usually run these for 48ish hours, with polls on the second night. However, I'll be gone Friday and Saturday night, so my options are either to put up the polls tonight (using the results we have by then, which are already more substantial than many days) or leave the topic go until at least Sunday

Thanks for the tag! I've actually been following along and looking up a few names I don't recognize, but I'm not sure how much I have to contribute. I don't watch anywhere near enough TV or movies to cast anything. The last movie I saw the whole way through was back in 2015.

Still, if they made a Life is Strange movie I'd probably watch it fifteen times, so people here hypothetically casting it has been interesting. Just to make one comment, I agree with Johnbobb that Ashly Burch would probably make a great live-action Chloe.

As it's looking right now, we'll be having 2-way polls for Max, Chloe, Frank, Mark and David. However, this'll be one of the few times it's only polls between multiple leaders, with no character having only 1 vote per actor aside from optionals.

Unless something changes, it's looking like the next topic will be Bioshock, though that probably won't go up until Sunday (I could potentially put it up earlier, but I'd personally prefer to be around to bump/update/participate). Until then I'll just try to keep this topic bumped to save everything after Life is Strange's winners are decided.

I'd say Sacrifice Arcadia Bay. It always felt like the right choice to me. Though if done right, I think the other ending would make a better narrative.
