Heart disease can happen even to a "healthy" individual. But, I'm not getting into the weeds on that argument. Heart disease isn't preventable in all circumstances. Murder is preventable in every circumstance, the offender could have just not killed someone. If we're including all deaths, but specifically targeting health related deaths, that data is not a reliable source.
