No objectively you're full of shit. They don't even give you information about the studies or their results, they just say "and we found this" If you want to argue that people who conduct job interviews give less time to "The black people" then this isn't much evidence dude. Not to mention your argument should be "IT's wrong to give black people less time and ask them less questions" not "White guys being socially awkward is racist." Grow up a little.
