i know that if a bearing is going it can be really inconsistent. at first. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

Did you run memtest? Sometimes a bad stick of RAM will cause that. If it's not that or not overheating you have a mobo or PSU problem.

So power is being cut from the computer. The culprit could be your power supply, the power cable, surge protecter(if you're using it), or even the wall outlet. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

So your GPU fans aren't spinning up? Make sure you don't have some third party controller shit and set the fans for Windows controlled in the Nvidia or AMD software, whatever you have. Doesn't sound like they're faulty if they spin up during a stress test, sounds like there's a software screwing with their arc. I suppose a sensor could be bad though.

I'm guessing TC's fans are working as designed. These days, a lot of GPUs don't spin up their fans until a certain temperature is reached. You could always set a manual fan curve in something like MSI Afterburner to test your fans, though. --- Many Bothans died to bring you this post. ... Copied to Clipboard!

I had the same problem as TC with a msi mobo. The safe start faltied out. When i would start the computer i would get blackscreen with no gpu fans spinning becauae it wasnt relaying the temperature to be high enough to warrant the fans to spin, thus not letting me start the computer to begin with. I had to go into the bios and manually disable the feature even though it was broke, have had no issues since then ... Copied to Clipboard!
