Actually, this one had nothing to do with Islam (although the other ones on my history all did, didn't bother disputing most of them cause, you know, what's the point? Although your track record there makes me wanna try it more), it was some benign comic about how the Internet is more accepting of transgender people than people were in the days before Internet was so common.

Well, the topic wouldn't come back as it'd have purged by now... I'd get my 10 karma back, but I guess the karma for the days when I was warned wouldn't be given to me (when you're warned, you don't gain any karma even if you log in on those days), so I'd still be at a net loss... :(

Then can you explain what you took from it? Perhaps the moderator made the same mistake. All I could see from it was that the prominence of the Internet in the modern day has made it more acceptable to be out as a trans person.

I agree with this as well. It's always been odd to me that it was. Basically every gay person I'm friends with staunchly believes they should be separate too.

Like I said earlier in the topic, I do believe most moderations on this site are totally fair, but this one wasn't (and it seems like the mods agree with me here, so it'll ultimately be a non-issue if it's overturned), nor are ones related to criticising Islam.

You got dispute it at least. I find the mods have taken to pre-rejecting disputes with me when they know they're full of shit and I'll dispute. Not that it mattered, disputes were never treated as actual reassessment of bad moderation.

i'm going through the same problem..got warned because i said illegal immigrants shouldn't be able to vote in our elections....somebody thought that was "offensive" so i got warned...appealed it, and got no reply...the warning ended before I could even get a response......sure would be nice to have some accountability
