fire_bolt 04/24/17 1:55:15 PM #1:	I've not left the house in days. Ran out of real food yesterday and am eating whatever junk is left in the house. I want to go shopping but the idea of going to the store terrifies me. I know there are things I need to take care of, but every time I try to go do them I lock up and have to find a way to calm down. Agoraphobia is fairly common, but it's a serious problem. Call a counseling office, or even email them if calling is too hard. Kidding aside, I do see a psychologist and am on medication for bipolar disorder. The agoraphobia has only really started hard in the last year and I've not talked to him about it. Honestly, when I see him I pretty much just get rubber stamped for medication refills but it's the best I can do without any sort of medical insurance. I can't afford real counselling.
