Calories in Vs calories out is the only thing that matters at all for weight loss. It doesn't matter how you achieve that.

"You must eat consistently throughout the day to stabilize your blood sugar and increase your metabolism. This does not mean five big meals but rather smaller portions throughout the day."

Losing weight is about Calories in <<<<< Calories out.

For the most part there isn't much difference between HIIT and LISS when it comes to fat loss.

Eating small meals 5-6 times a day keeps your metabolism going strong the whole day and is seen as the more health way to lose weight, but it's not necessary.
