If it was actually impacting your family and/or career then yeah. I mean I get drunk quite often but it doesn't negatively affect anything.

No. The only acceptable reason to get divorced is adultery. This comes from the red letters.

That said, allowing your family to fall apart because of alcohol isn't acceptable either. You need to get it together.
