You need one if you are flying only. If traveling by car a US citizen can show a US state ID.

I've nothing against Kana but I do feel some 'special snowflake' syndrome is going on here. I also find it odd how you see a group of posters suddenly pile on making something out of nothing. Just adding fuel to the fire it seems. Still I've been posting on PotD long enough to know this is nothing new.
