actually it's the exact same bill, with an amendment which lets the states opt out of federal regulations.

this amendment hasn't actually been written yet, but we should be assured that it will be excellent.

Yep, states can opt out and deny based on preexisting conditions. Thank god we sent that message in 2016. This will be great for people's health. Hopefully moderates don't approve.
