The second biggest thing is to remove the anonymity of alts. If I ignore a shit poster, I want all their alts ignored to. If I tag a shit poster, I want all their alts tagged too. Surprisingly "fix the mods" is only third on this list. I think a very simple tool that would be helpful is to ask for an explanation of a moderation without first contesting it.
