A couple for me:

Super Bomberman - Forgot which one I liked, but I'd like one of these games on there. Small chance one of them can be.

Sunset Riders - Awesome side scrolling shooter, my favorite of its kind. Sliver of a chance to be on the console.

Uncharted Water: New Horizons - One of my absolute favorites. Still nothing like it today AFAIK. Trading and pirating with tactical ship battles. No chance of being on the classic unfortunately.
