I've been getting this really bad in recent times and I know it's nonsense but whenever I drift away from what I'm working on I get a fear that people will somehow know whatever weird stuff I'm happening to think about

I would say thats related probably to social phobia or schizoid spectrum stuff. but im not a pyschologist.

I have this every once in a while. I did suffer severe social anxiety when I was younger, to the point I left my house 3 times a year and no more for about 5 years.
I'm past that now, but every once in a while, anxiety tries to get a foothold, and I have those paranoid thoughts for a moment. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!
