The worst is using On Demand, where the fast forward and rewind intentionally function poorly to trick you into watching commercials. It always goes an extra 15-75 seconds after you hit play as a cheap trick to get you to watch the commercials. The exact timing varies to prevent you from getting the timing down.

Commercials don't bother me for whatever reason. I just tune them out and flip through my phone until the show comes back on. Sometimes I mute them but most of the time I don't even bother.
