That whole fetish draws off the societal stigma, shame, and taboo nature of it all. Someone shaming them just pours fuel ont he fire. Everytime the alt right calls someone a cuck or somebody says something poorly about cucks; there is some guy out there reading it and going off in the corner jerking himself off. How does it feel to know your shaming insults have lost their sting and have been translated to sexual pleasure for some weird creepy guy? Best thing to do is ignore them and not give them any attention. You do anything about it, you are basically acting like a domme/dom at a bdsm club. Just make sure you give them some kleenexes while u shame them. Its the polite thing to do.
