I tried to uninstall BG:II EE because I used the Big World mod and wanted to stop.

It wouldn't delete the file from my steamapps folder, can't install it again.

So I try re-installing Steam entirely. It wouldn't delete the Steam folder from Program Files.

I'm trying a fresh install under Steam (1) in Program Files.
