I mastered how to cross my eyes to view Magic Eye images when I was a little kid, and ever since then I've been able to instantly solve any Spot the Difference puzzle I find, because I can superimpose the two images onto each other and the "differences" appear to blink relative to everything else. When I was in middle school, they had a competition to spot 15 differences in two images - I named all 15 in less than 30 seconds so they initially thought I cheated.

I can say the alphabet backwards in 2 seconds, maybe 2.5 in order to enunciate the letters clearer. I can also do it as slow as I want. Useful for when trying to alphabetize something near the end of the alphabet.

idk how unique it is but i can whistle and hum at the same time. and whistle inhaling and exhaling

I can make crackling sounds with my damaged rotator cuff.

I can make random annoying noises for long periods of time where my family starts yelling at me to stfu. also can do some animal noises, I like to think my crow impersonation is pretty good.

I can control my uvula to make unsettling clicking noises into sleeping people's ears at night. I can recite the alphabet backwards, because I taught myself in elementary school after seeing a TV show where the police pulled someone over and asked. At the time, I didn't realize it was about drinking, so I wanted to make sure I'd be ready for when I grew up and knew how to drive.

I can vomit on command without gagging myself or anything. Not really useful at all but I used it to get out of school a few times as a lad.
