Raised an issue with an ad two weeks ago after a lot of people were complaining that the ad was causing their phone browsers to crash. Whomever responded to the ticket said it had been passed on.

Just raised another ticket two weeks later to ask why I was still seeing the ad to be told that no one has raised it and I need to do it again!

What a mess. Obviously the tech guys don't talk to each other. I'm happy for ads on the phone as I like the site and don't want to see it go under however ads that cause my browser to crash, especially after writing long posts only for it to screw up and me lose it at causing me not to bother checking the site when I'm at work anymore and I'm just visiting places like reddit etc to fill the gap.
