Authorities say two men were shot on Exchange St. near Central Sqaure. An eyewitness said the shooter put the gun backs in his pants and calmly walked away from the scene. The victims staggered to the steps of the Lynn Arts building across the street from the Commuter Rail station. WCVB learned one of the men had a walker and the other man is blind. The Essex District Attorney's office said one of the victims, identified as a 46-year-old man from Lynn, died from his injuries. The other victim is still alive. There is no other information available at this time.
