Woke up this morning, was going fine for ~15-20 minutes, then I did a left click and my mouse was disconnected along with my keyboard. I then forced shutdown my computer and now it has trouble booting, automatic repairs or whatever don't seem to be helping. Must be a problem with the motherboard or something?

I pressed safe mode, but then it said it was going to do a disc check or whatever, and I couldn't skip it because my keyboard wouldn't work at that point(I think), then it said it scanned at 100% and I believe it got stuck there, I held my power button forced shut down again

Uhh, don't think so, I think it's Asus, or at least that's what it says when I start it up.

Restart. Let it finish the scan. Don't force it to power down unless it's stuck and unmoving for 10 minutes.

So back into safe mode?

Welp, since it's Windows 10 you're pretty much fucked anyway. Microsoft completely broke the boot process and none of their automatic repair methods actually work. Their help forums are full of people getting no help with stuff like this.

Anyway, I'd probably use a boot disc like Hiren's Boot CD to test the memory and hard drive and then back up the files and go ahead with a Windows reinstall.

So back into safe mode?

Just try to boot normally.

Tried that, it brings me to a screen where it says my PC did not start correctly, and choices are to restart(which doesn't help) and advanced options

You could try going to advanced options and do a system restore. It's probably not gonna work but it's worth a try.
