I'm a Lead for an area at a college dining hall. I cook our pizzas and we have baked pastas (along with other things) in my area as well.

Every time he comes in, he'll get food from my area and it's always a little nerve wracking cause if he has any problems or it's slightly bad in managements eyes,he'll tell my manager who will then tell me. Especially with me being on new employee probation, I don't need the boss or other upper management on my case. Plus, there's always room for growth so any positives they see early can help in those interviews.

Nah, but that'd be sick.

We get frozen crust that we either cook straight on the stone in a big pizza oven or in pans on the stone. The sauce we put on the pizza is can sauce that's "enhanced" with shit like seasoning and garlic, but that's about the most cooking I do. We did make lasagna Wednesday afternoon for Thursday though and that was actually pretty decent, but it was also pretty basic tbh.

We do slice our meat for our deli/sandwich area and I do the slicing. We get pre-made ham/turkey but the roast beef we cook when needed fresh.
