I received a mouth guard molded from the bottom row of my teeth early this week, but I haven't used it yet since I had a nasty head cold. Going to give it a try tonight. Its a little tight on my lower front teeth, might have to go back to get a bit more shaved off. The rest of it is fairly comfortable enough.
