As dumb as Trump is, I don't think we have to worry about the US being the first to pull the nuclear trigger. Though if Trump is stupid enough to attack Kim for the test, I wouldn't put it past NK to attack SK with nukes in retaliation. Again, I don't think it'd happen, but there's a small possibility.
