We can call it the rogue one law : p but really though, if a officer is caught in a controversial video like that it should always go to trial. If what he did is wrong he get's branded a rogue and is off the force. Anything that would protect a cop from getting charged with a crime, is expunged. He will be charged with battery if that's what happened or murder if that is what happened. Pretty much he would have to face the justice system by himself without help from his department. His department is not allowed to touch the case in anyway or they will also get the same. This would help weed out cops wouldn't it? Or do you think it will get abused and innocent cops go to jail?
