Yes No View Results 48 y/o Robert Seman Jr, the man accused of raping a 10 y/o girl and killing her and her grandparents by setting their house on fire in Ohio committed SUICIDE by jumping out of a courthouse balcony which was captured on CAMERA!! He was set for trial this week over the deadly arson before he threw himself off the 4th floor. He faced the death penalty if convicted of aggravated murder in the March 2015 deaths of 10 y/o Corrinne Gump, 63 y/o William Schmidt and 61 y/o Judith Schmidt A reporter witnessed the incident and saw his body covered by a white sheet but that his arms were still visible.. He was seen walking out of the courtroom with 2 officers but then slows down and allowing the officer behind him to draw level with him and took 3 steps to the right and killed himself The 2 officers were seen rushing to railing to desperately try to stop him but did not make it on time as he was not cuffed or held while walking to the courtroom Prosecutor Dawn Cantalamessa said "it was telling" that the accused opted to leap to his death instead face trial The shocking incident was recorded all on surveillance as the rapes took place for a number of years as he was dating Corrinne's mother..
