here in california

Is there any law I can use to complain so we can get out? I feel like I'm suffocating, like if the room is getting low on oxigen

Just email/call the building's facilities department, submit a ticket, or whatever you usually do for HVAC issues.

If it bothers you that much, go outside for a couple minutes.

I am getting really suffocated . I cannot spend more than 30 minutes inside whitout feeling tired or dizzy...since this is a big company Im in the 10th floor so it is not that easy to go out

Then report this to your supervisor. PotD/Internet can't help you with this.

You're an adult. You should be able to figure this out and determine your next course of action.

What's the temperature, 73? 74?

If it's suffocating alert your safety team. Or HR and let them know.

My company doesn't have a/c in most of the 3 buildings. My area only got it last August (2 years after promised and only because they finally realized they had to...)

Last summer we were literally kicked out due to the heat hitting 117 degrees inside.

is not the temperature itself, it feels like we are running out of oxygen. since the building is hermetically sealed AC is the only thing that keeps the air flowing from the outside. otherwise we are breathing the same stagnant air

I schedulled a meeting to take the guys outside for a couple of hours.

Hope those idiots fix it by then or HR authorizes us to leave the building

but I wonder if there is any kind of safety law to demand it
