I'd say make sure to refresh your screen(s) after you make a change to your collection or account in general and double check your user settings for the board. I had basically every expensive/collectable SNES/Genny/Saturn game that you find in stores at any point (so I didn't have competition carts and the likes) and most of them were complete. And a few of them I had multiple copies.
